Outdoor Paints

I saw this painting idea online a while back and have been meaning to try it with Claire. You fill an ice cube tray up with water and food coloring and let them freeze. Once they are frozen you take them outside and use them as paints. They were super easy to make and were a pretty clean art project. Claire had a lot of fun not only painting with them, but watching them melt!

"Is this a popsicle?!?! Looks tasty."
"Oh, paints...what fun!"
"Look at my masterpiece." "MORE PAINTS, MOMMY!!!"
